Military Prep/Public Service Prep
Hello. I'm Joshua and I believe you CAN!
Even though I had experienced moderate success as a teenager and in college athletics, I began my journey towards strength training and coaching in earnest in 2011 after I personally hired a trainer to help me prepare for the All-Marine Rugby Team selection camp. I realized that even a little bit of technique, knowledge, and accountability goes a long way; since then my passion is to help others unlock their potential through Strength, Conditioning, and the Art of Consistency. Everything in training is about incremental improvements (body, mind, spirit) and I live for the moments when I see someone that I’m coaching “get it”. We all need a team to be successful. So don’t be intimidated: all that you can do is begin!
Working out with Josh for the past year at PCF has hands down been one of the best things I could have done for myself. Throughout the year my form and strength have improved, I feel healthier, well balanced and have learned a lot about myself and what I’m capable of. Highly recommend this gym. Always looking forward to the next workout!!!
