Results happen and stick when we have a community of like-minded people working to keep each other accountable.
Every Wednesday at 7PM MST we will be updating you on the progress in the challenge, discussing how goals and how we can help each other accountable, teaching a nutrition topic and habit assignment to match that topic that will help you get the results you are looking for.

Every Saturday at 9AM MST come for an amazing workout and be a part of the Community. Not only will you get a great sweat on (with a free workout), but as meet up with the people who are pushing us to greatness! All workouts are free for challengers and will be be launched at Peak Conditiong and Fitness, 195 S Main St, Longmont CO 80504. Participants can arrive as early as 8 AM to weigh in and measure.

WEEKLY WEIGH INS:
Cash Prizes will be awarded to the top loser by percentage of total body weight lost! To be eligible you must send a photo of your scale with you standing on it with the weight and date visible to your coach every Wednesday. You are allowed to miss 1 weekly weigh in. The 1st weigh in must be received by Midnight on Saturday June 17 and the final weigh in is due by Midnight on Saturday July 29. Before and After Photo: OPTIONAL Cash Prizes will also be awarded to the top transformation photos selected by a panel of judges. Here are the rules for the before and after photo:
