The main ways that we help our clients are through Physical Training and 24/7 access memberships.
With Physical Training you’ll work closely with one of our knowledgeable, professional trainers either in a Private Session, Semi-private Session, or Online Training environment.

- Private training is expensive but very effective.
- Semi-private training happens in small group that keeps the energy high but is small enough to still be focused on you and exactly what you need.
- Online training is great for those that would prefer to work out by themselves or at home but still want to make sure that they know exactly what to do and can ask their trainer questions at any time.
- All clients get workouts that are tailored for them and move them directly towards their goals. The training staff not only motivates, teaches, coaches, and helps with accountability but also helps prevent injuries before they start and addresses common movement problems so that you can stay on track longer and stronger.
Working out with Josh for the past year at PCF has hands down been one of the best things I could have done for myself. Throughout the year my form and strength have improved, I feel healthier, well balanced and have learned a lot about myself and what I’m capable of.

24/7 access is also available to our gym, even if you’re not taking sessions or nutrition training from any of our coaches. Simply ask for your own key and you can come in for your work out at anytime of the day or night. We have squat racks/power cages/bench racks with steel and rubber plates, a set of dumbbells from 5-75 lbs, a set of regulation competition kettlebells from 6kg-32kg, a turf training area with a push sled, several pieces of unconventional cardio equipment (including air bike and rower), as well as many other essential training tools.
My experience was beyond amazing and beneficial at Peak Conditioning and Fitness. Josh and the rest of the crew there were more than supportive and helpful. Josh was very involved with every step of the process by making sure I had no questions and was comfortable with the exercises done at home, at the Gym and the food portion. Anytime I did have concerns my questions Josh did not wait long to answer them and he always responded with support facts (videos, articles, personal experience). If I did not have to leave Colorado I would have continued working with everyone there !!!!!
