Everyone wants to be better

Everyone has unique challenges and obstacles, too.  Maybe you're stressed out by your job and life and you want to feel good about your body again.  You could be the mom that lost her shape and wants to feel toned and sexy again.  What if you're a guy who's tired of being scrawny and desperately wants to pack on some muscle? Maybe you're almost good enough to be a pro model or a starting athlete, but you need that extra push and help to drop those last little bit of body fat or get that edge that will help you win.  Well, I want to help you!
I've worked with everyone in those situations to overcome whatever is holding them back and reach their goals.  (Oh yeah, and I've prepped seasoned veterans for special forces selection, fine-tuned 
college athletes on scholarship, and even worked with some pro fighters,)

Here's how it works: 
I want to give you every possible opportunity and resource to succeed.  So if you're working with me as your coach, this three-pronged approach is what you get:

​1.  The right training program
Your training will consist of the right mix of strength, intervals, cardio, and recovery to hit your goals.  No matter what you're current skill level or abilities, I'll teach you the proper technique, intensity, and mindset to get great results.  Of course, consistency is so important to getting results! As your trainer and coach, you'll have built in accountability.  Each session is done in a small-group setting so that you get great personal attention, a community to plug in to, and also so you'll have better accountability (If you absolutely require private sessions, click here).  We'll keep the workouts fun and interesting and I will keep you on track with the right exercises at the right times so that you consistently make progress.  I don't want anyone to feel like they have to cut corners financially to try to squeeze in personal training.  If you're working with me, you get the option to come to 3 hands-on sessions each week.  

​2.  Habit-based life and nutrition coaching
Exercise goes hand-in-hand with nutrition and managing your stress.  No one is going to get great results without also taking care of how they eat.  That's why every program here includes a nutritional and lifestyle emphasis from day one.  What is habit-based coaching?  It's simple.  I won't throw you into an unrealistic plan that asks you to overhaul your diet and lifestyle overnight.  That would be overwhelming, discouraging, and setting you up for failure!  Instead, we'll make one small, effective change at a time, usually in 2-3 weeks each.  I firmly believe that there is no single "best diet" out there, and everyone is on a case-by-case basis.  If you can do roughly 80% of what I ask you to do (workouts, nutrional habits, lifestyle habits) then you'll be well on the road to great results!
3.  Effective Homework Plans
Like I mentioned before, I want you to have every resource to be successful.  That's why you'll get a written, individual workout plan to do on the days that you don't have sessions with me here in the gym.  They'll be tailored to your level and will be broken down by exactly how many sets, reps, and how much rest you need.  This plan will also include the best times to take guilt-free rest or recovery days so that you don't burn out!  You can do your workouts at home, at your own gym, or you can even get access to my facility to workout on your "homework" days here.
