Pre/Post-Natal Exercise

Hi! I'm Jordan.  Let's push past your limits.

I'm a Montana native who has always loved fishing and camping. Exercise has been a consistent part of my life, starting at an early age.  From grade school all throughout high school it was a soccer, dance, basketball, track, and more soccer and more basketball!  My career as a jockette ended once I graduated but my love for exercise and curiosity about how to help other improve their performance remained.

What exercise does for your whole person is simply amazing.  Helping someone else push their boundaries and watching their confidence grow is why I got into coaching.  It’s all about helping others become the best they can be.  If you feel good, you do good!

I started training with Jordan before I got pregnant and throughout my pregnancy. I was hesitant to commit to 6am workouts, but I’m so glad I did. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and feel great. Jordan put in the extra care and work to ensure my prenatal workouts are safe and effective. Training with Jordan has helped prepare me and my body for this pregnancy and eventual delivery. I feel strong and confident, and I know this pregnancy would be so much harder on my body if I wasn’t training 3x a week with Jordan. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.
